EduMine’s Interactive Online Tools Now Cross-Browser Compatible
EduMine provides close to 50 interactive online tools for mining and geoscience applications which are freely available. Most tools have recently been made cross-browser compatible and will work in IE, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
Examples include:
- - a hydrogeology tool for analysis of laminar flow in a confined aquifer, based on Darcy’s Law, with hydrogeology unit conversions;
- - a rock mechanics tool for determination of Rock Mass Rating and Rock Mass Classification for mining and tunnelling conditions; and
- - a geology tool for determination of true dip from apparent dip measured on a borehole core.
