Responsive Training

Two established Vancouver-based companies have teamed up to disrupt traditional education in mining: responsive training is a digital platform that combines eLearning technology with best-in-class content that is tailored to the operational context of mining.

Responsive training is based on proven professional development and training content from EduMine and its partners, and innovative eLearning technology from Mining Safety and Learning Systems.

This disruptive learning technology provides responsive feedback to the trainee, trainer, and management allowing for the continuous improvement of both process and content. Training is transformed from a static “tick-the-box” approach into a systematic, measurable, manageable, and highly-specific process that engages and empowers the workforce from the bottom up.

While performance and safety tracking are the norm for mining companies, there is a disconnect between safety, production, and training data. With eLearning technology, these data sets can be correlated to extract intelligence that continuously improves and promotes building a safety and performance driven culture.
